I hade been looking for a Reiki course for some time when I got recommended Reijukido master Jose Figueras Garcia from a student of his. March 2010 I took the Reijkido level 1 with Jose.

I was at that time working with Ayurvedic headmassage, and my clients had good results. Many of my clients had problems with stress, sleep and digestion. Already the day after the Reijukido level 1 course I could feel the difference when I was giving the head massage. It was a more intense feeling of energy and my intuition got sharper. My clients also noticed the difference with the headmassage, and they had even faster results. I was also giving only Reijukido to some clients with very good results on stress, back problems, muscle and joints ache to mention some.

It was through Jose that I got to try Bach flower remedies the first time. I knew about it since before, but I had never used it earlier. The Bach flower remedies together with Jose’s understanding of the situation helped me to overcome an issue that I had had for some time but that I couldn’t work out on my own. The flowers work instantly; I felt different already after 2 days about the problem I had. After this success I recommended friends to try the Bach therapie, and they also had good results.

April 2011 Jose Figueras Garcia held a Bach flower remedy course. He went through the Bach flower remedies system, the archetypes and gave us a great understanding of the body-mind connection. After the course I have been practising quite a lot, and it has been a wonderful tool. My clients have had major improvement on various issues; all from depression, anxiety, sleep, phobias and all sorts of problems connected to communication; not being able to set limits or to speak up for oneself. It has been an enormous pleasure to be able to work with the Bach flower remedies, I feel grateful about that.
I strongly recommend anyone interested in physical and psychological health to learn the Bach flower remedy system and Reijukido with Jose Figueras Garcia.

Finally I have time to sit down to say a BIG thank you for coming through
to South Africa and bringing with you the key to a wonderfully intuitive and
“artistic” way of Reiki practice through Reijukido. It has been an
absolutely amazing experience to do this course with you and I have learnt so
much. Having a better understanding of Reiki as intended by Mikao Usui,
its history and its links to ancient magick have enabled me to internalise Reiki
to a far greater extent. It also resolved some of the conflict that I had
within myself between what I wanted to do instinctively and intuitively and what
I learned to be “the way” in the Takata fashion. Everything that I have
assimilated thus far now has appropriate merit and dovetails to form the basis a
more powerful knowing – of Reiki in general but more so, about internalising and
personalising Reiki as a way of and towards true healing; not only for myself,
but for my friends, family, clients and the greater good of humanity.

Taking the Reijukido level 1 workshop with Jose Figueroa has been a turning point in my life. I have already taken Reiki 1, 2 and 3 and have been a practicing Reiki Master since 1996. I am a reflexologist, a naturalmedical aromatherapist and I work with ear acupuncture among other therapies. I have been working as a therapist and teacher since 1991.
I found that my practice changed after attending the Reijukido workshop. I now find that the healing energy is with me in all my treatments and my clients comment how they can feel a different strength/power in my treatments. My intuition has also increased and I feel as though it guides me much more than previously. I feel that what I am now experiencing in my treatments is quite amazing and I am humble and thankful for what is happening. I look forward to continuing my education with Jose.

My experience with Unified Reiki/Reijukido:

I’ve had 1,5 years of experience within the Traditional line (Takata line)
of reiki, when a friend took me to one of the reikievenings at
Balansepunktet.

I had been thinking about taking the level 3 within the Reiki Network for
some time. After receiving reiki from one of the reijukido students I
understood quickly that I wanted to learn Unified Reiki/ Reijukido. After
taking the reijukido workshop level 1, I felt that I had completely new
hands. It was amazing to actually be able to feel where the reiki was needed
and to know exactly where I should place my hands. This has made me enjoy
giving reiki as much as receiving it. I have experienced a much deeper
understanding of the reiki tools and the history of reiki. Further after
taking the level 2 of Unified Reiki – I have learned some new techniques and
have received other tools that are not a part of the Takata line.

I can warmly recommend these workshops to anyone, whether you want to become
a reiki therapist or if you just want to bring balance and spiritual growth
into your own life.

Hello,

I’m Bianca Tjore from Oslo. I started with Reiki in 2006, after discussions and advices from my spiritual advicer at that time. She meant (and I agreed) that Reiki studies would serve as a gateway into the esoteric world. After becoming a Reiki Master Teacher of the Traditional line, I wondered how and where to go further with energy work. After some time, and trying another ”energy direction”, I decided to go further into Reiki and cultivate it, and not ”spread” into too many other directions. I met José, and soon after started with his Reijukido Master Teacher program, which I will finish in the end of 2010.

For me, starting with Reijukido has been one of the most important decisions in my life. When I start with something, I like to do it thoroughly and go deep into the subject, and this is exectly what I experience in José’s Reijukido classes. You get a much deeper understanding of Reiki, where it comes from and its roots, and the esoteric connections. But it’s not only the understanding that is special with Reijukido. For us with a background in the Traditional line of Reiki, we can also sense the difference. The energy itself is the same of course (because it’s Reiki), but it’s stronger, and change your life in a very positive way (remember that Reijukido consists of all 7 Reiki lineages). For me, studing under José himself, I can say that he is a teacher of exceptional standard, referring to both his knowledge, teaching capabilities, and commitment. I can say this, because I myself has been a professional instructor (norwegian army) and teacher (university) for many years.

Reijukido has enriched my life in many ways, widened my view, enhanced my strength, and expanded my capabilities to help others. Reijukido has ”direction, motion, and strength”.

I herby strongly recommend Reijukido for those of you who will get the most out of Reiki, go deep into the subject, and use this energy for the benefit of all sentient beings.

Professional Reijukido

In the early 1990′s I did an Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki course(Traditional Takata line) level 1 and 2 in Iceland. To begin with, I used it quite allot but never really experienced anything big with it. Yes, people told me that I had warm hands but I had also had that before Reiki. I did not really see any big effects from using the Reiki so I more or less stopped using it. My interest moved to other healing tools such as The Bach Flower Remedies.

Last February I met Jose at an open house in Unity and got a 15 minute Reiki/Reijukido treatment from him and after that he invited me to come and practice at Balansepunktet the coming Tuesday. Since then I have been there every week to reawaken my Reiki/Reijukido.

The third week at Balansepunktet I got a Reijukido attunement and then I started to get a different feedback from the people I was giving Reiki/Reijukido to and I could feel my energies becoming a lot stronger. In Mai I was initiated into level 1 of Reijukido, in June I was initiated into level 2 and my Reiki/Reijukido channeling energy has gotten really strong.

Some comments I have gotten since I got initiated into Reijukido are:

“It felt like there was an extra pair of hands on me!”

“I felt very safe under the treatment”

“Very strong energies”

“Your hands stayed behind when you moved!”

“It felt as you were in two places at once”

“Suddenly I felt so relaxed”

Delighted with Jose’s course

Hi

I am delighted with Jose’s course, and consider it a privilege to be able to attend. Receiving original instruction in the early japanese forms of reiki is a chance in a lifetime, especially considering the prohibitive time and cost in attempting to do this in Japan.

The deep insights Jose has from years of study and practice is invaluable and very practical for practitioners to apply. His grasp of both western and eastern esoteric traditions puts him in an unusual position of being able to bridge eastern and western wisdoms.

The quality of the energy I have experienced during the workshop is pure, gentle and yet powerful. The attunements have provided an integration of the ancient lineage, adding richness to the western Takata Line tradition.

I find Jose to be a refreshing teacher, who gets down to brass tacks. He embodies a conviction born of knowledge, practice and experience, but at the same time demonstrates humbleness and compassion.

I am grateful for the chance to get to real reiki roots, and admire RASA for bringing Jose to South Africa. In particular to Soul Healing Academy via Karen Lange who is open to expanding reiki knowledge, and pushing boundaries.

Change for better

My first experience with Reiki was for 10 years ago, when I was going through a rough period in my life. Because of the stress I couldn’t sleep, but thanks to my sister that had level 1 of traditional line and gave me Reiki, I managed to sleep profoundly and be able to handle the situation much better.

Some months later I faced another big challenge, and because of my anxiety I became much vulnerable. A dear friend who lives in Portugal, sent me Reiki (at distance) to help me in difficult time. It was like magic: in a moment, my anxiety disappeared. I was so thankful and fascinated by this amazing tool, Reiki, that, as soon as I had the opportunity, I took all the levels with good time in between… Reiki became a part of me and my life.

When I listened to José and his lecture about Reijukido in Bergen, I felt immediately that this was something that would bring me a step further in my experience and it was time for me to start to work actively with Reiki, not only for me but also for others!

I feel that Reijukido brings the total knowledge of Reiki to the surface and I was also very impressed with holistic integration of Reiki and the esoteric tradition, that for me gives me a higher understanding of live (us, the others, nature and cosmos).

Finally, after being initiated in Reijukido, the feeling and the effect of Reiki became much stronger! It was like changing from a shower to a waterfall

I have always been interested disciplines that come from the East. After several training courses, I had the chance to participate in a course given by José Figueroa about Unified Reiki/Reijukido, in Barcelona. They were two intense days, full of unknown emotions and sensations that allowed me to experiment by myself some of the benefits of Reiki/Reijukido: inner peace, absence of disturbing thoughts… they were coming from a very first moment. As the days passed, and with the daily practice of Reiki/Reijukido, I continue experimenting the ease of sleeping, being able to sleep deeply, and waking up with new energies.

On the other side, when I began giving Reiki/Reijukido to those who were willing to receive it, I could see some other effects. Expressions like “it’s been a long time I didn’t sleep so well”, “I didn’t want to sleep but I couldn’t avoid it”, “When I came I was so nervous and upset and now it’s like if I had been given new energy!”, “You give peace and wellbeing.”, “My headache has dissappeared.”, “My baby stops crying when you give him Reiki/Reijukido”. Besides, I perceived physical sensations in my body and I could also observe them in that people: relaxed extremities, strained muscles of the face, slow breath, easy smile.

That’s why I did a second level of Reiki/Reijukido, and nowadays, I have added to my work that discipline which allows each one giving Reiki/Reijukido being a universal energy transmitter. At the same time, he/she can balance peoples’ minds and body, and recover the balance.

Thank you José for spreading and teaching this discipline.

For me, doing the training and initiation to Reiki/Reijukido, has changed my existence, making sense to why I am here, and what for. Since I was a child, things that we might call “strange” have happened to me, to which I have tried to make sense, through religion, through my work, the inner search, the bad extremes… and nothing ended up making sense. Thanks to Reiki/Reijukido, all has a new consciousness, all has found a channel, and for the first time, I flow without fear.

When I give Reiki/Reijukido to other people, that flow becomes Love, and I see how it transforms them and myself. Now I am channel, and just for today I’m not struggling for being myself.

Thanks to Reiki/Reijukido, I have found my balance, Namaste.

Experiences with Reijukido

Thank you for a good, powerful and informative weekend of Reijukido/Unifed Reiki workshop level 1.

I already had: Tradisjonell Reiki level 1.

I feel that Reijukido is both stronger and easier to use. I don’t have to relate to so many different hand positions and I can use my intuition in a much better way!

I found the initiation to be much more powerful with a strong sense of humility.

All the information and background material about how Reijukido works, was well presented.

The information was much more thorough and complete than what I had received from the Traditional line.

I have had the opportunity to “play” (practice) using this method both on myself and others during the past week.

It has been a good experience so far and I have received good feedback.

I will get back to you about these experiences later.

Out of depression

Hei,jeg er massørterapeut, og var så heldig å møte José
under en åpent hus-helg på et senter i Oslo for komplimentærmedisin.
Jeg var umattet etter en lang periode med depresjon og stagnasjon,
og José anbefalte meg å prøve Bachs blomstermedisin. Jeg hadde prøvd det tidligere
hos en annen uten store endringer, men jeg hadde tillit til José, og
bestemte meg for å prøve det.
Etter få dager med jevnt inntak av dråper med Bachs bl., begynte jeg å føle meg
mye lettere og motstandsdyktig mentalt, det var som om alt tankekaos
bare prellet av meg litt etter litt, umerkelig.
To uker senere var jeg godt igang igjen,energisk og med nye framtidsplaner, og begynte
å føle meg som meg selv igjen, men også enda bedre enn før,
og fire uker etter å ha startet på blomstermedisinen,
føler jeg meg mer fokusert,jordet og mentalt sterkere enn jeg noen gang har gjort.
Jeg hadde ikke trodd at noen dråper blanding av utvalgte blomster,busker og trær
kunne virke så effektivt og dypt! Det er vakkert, og gjør at jeg selv ønsker å fordype meg i
denne kunnskapen for å etter hvert kunne hjelpe andre også.

Hi!

I am a massage therapist, and feel very lucky to have met José during an open house event at a center for complementary medicine in Oslo.
At the time, I was exhausted. After a long period of depression and stagnation, José recommended me to try the Bachs Flower Remedies.
I had tried them once before, without any effects, but I had faith in José, so I decided to give it a try.

After a few days of treatment, I began to feel much lighter and mentally stable. It was as if all the “chaos of my thoughts” just started peeling themselves off, unnoticabley.
After two weeks, I was back in shape, full of energy and with new visions for my future. I began to feel like myself again, but also even better than before.
Within 4 weeks of taking the Bach Flowers I felt more focused, grounded and mentally stronger than ever before.
I never thought that just a few drops of some chosen wild flowers from plants, bushes and trees could have such an strong and deep effect!
It was beautiful, and it makes me want to learn more about the Bach Flower Remedies myself, in order to help others.

It really works

I just can say one thing: it really works. Maybe it works in your subconsciousness, I don’t know, but hey, it works! Jose made me turn around in just 3 month and I am extremely grateful. I can enjoy life again and my self esteem is on a good level too, finally. But I have to say the 3 month were not easy. I had so many thoughts running through my head and I had to realize that I had to change things in my life in order to move on. It’s not that I didn’t know this before but with Jose’s help I could see a clearer picture and the flowers he gave me gave me the power to act and to change stuff. I had the right mind-set. I think that was the most important thing of it all – the right mind-set. Our conversations, the additional help of the bach flowers an the relaxing reiki sessions where the key to find my inner balance back.

I have to say I thought that I wouldn’t be able to find it back anymore. I tried it before in different ways and with different people. But all was a big disappointment. I was telling my story at least 3 times before I came to Jose – turns out I was veeery skeptical since the other treatments didn’t really work for me. My story was very heavy with a lot of sadness & pain and things I couldn’t really forget. So I told him that I only want to tell my story if he was really interested to hear it and to help me. And he said: “Yes, I want to hear your story, and yes I want to help you – that’s what I do, that’s my job! We will go on a long trip and I promise you that you will find you balance back. You are young and should find the joy of life back!” He kept his promise!

I initially found José through the Internet after someone recommended Bach Flowers for my very active 8 year-old youngest child. Although we initially corresponded through e-mail, it turned out he was very close to where we live. He sat with my son and prepared a flower remedy for him after having a long quiet chat. After seeing the gentle change they produced in him after a few weeks of taking them, I decided to give Bach flowers a try as well, as I was feeling fatigue and stress with the day to day of work and family. I have felt such improvement that now all four members of our family swear by the remedies. José has been a major influence for us, patiently understanding each of our individual and sometimes complicated needs. He has also opened a new door to me, introducing me to Reiki. The Bach Flower Therapy and Reiki

I am a psychologist specialized in oncology and work daily with women affected by breast cancer.

My first experience with the Bach Flowers remedies was at a personal level.

During two years I generated such a stress that getting up in the mornings was a colossal effort, I didn’t have any strength for anything, chairs were beckoning me, in short I felt awful and nothing that was sold on the market for stress worked for me.

At some point, several years ago, I tried the flowers but I had some doubts about following the treatment.

Some years later, I was offered a new opportunity to begin with them through José Figueroa, and the truth is, I obtained things that with the traditional allopathic treatment I didn’t, the latter was only patching up the problem not getting to the cause.

Now, after the Bach Flower therapy and Reiki, I sleep well, I enjoy my children, I have time for everything and I have the strength to get up each morning.

My two years old son used to wake-up, terrified, several times during the night and there was no way he could rest. I started to put the Bach Flowers remedies in his bath and in his lotion. Since then, he sleeps peacefully, and his father and I, also.

After my personal experience I wanted to transmit that energy to the group of women with whom I work. Women who don’t sleep, who have been hit by the diagnosis of a disease that society labels as terrible, with low self esteem – occasionally rooted in the new image they have of their own body – and a long list of other issues.

The women affected by breast cancer, who have tried both therapies, are very pleased with them as without a doubt their quality of life has improved.

I hope that my experience will convince you to try and verify, by yourself, the power of the flowers and the way they can improve your quality of life.

Panic attacks and anxiety

Hello, my name’s Antonio and I would like to share the experience I had with José Figueroa and its Bach Flowers and Reiki therapies.

Last year a taxi driver from Los Cristianos, who witnessed one of my panic attacks episodes and extreme anxiety, gave me José’s card and swore to me that one of his colleague, who also suffered from this horrible situation for years, totally cured himself, with drops of flowers.

Furthermore, he told me that the wife one of his friends, who also suffered of depression and took tablets for many years cured herself thanks to the Flowers and a very interesting energy massage.

I, also, had been very depressed, for some years, but all that seemed a little strange and too easy to be true. Nevertheless the taxi driver was very convincing and, actually, while I was taking some “tranquimasin”* he called José Figueroa on his own phone and hand the device to me. The rest is history….

My life changed so dramatically that sometimes it makes me spin. The anxiety disappeared, the irrational panic attacks have not returned. I have understood many things about myself and my old fears, actually my self esteem has never been better and although my economic situation has always been wonderful as I am an industrialist, now I really LIVE my success I don’t merely survive as I did before.

My name is Heidi Gabrielsen. I have studied socialwork, but the last 5 years I have worked with massage, and I love to work with health and see how people benefit in different ways! I have learned that body, mind and soul are one. We get easily outbalanced, and there are different ways of helping ourselves and others.

When I met Reiki teacher José Figueroa for the first time, I thought I couldn’t afford the classes, but I was lucky after all, and I am happy I finally did it! José is a teacher with a lot of joy, knowledge and a big heart, and I like his simple method of teaching.

Sometimes we may think that everything is meaningless. Unified Reiki helps us to experience good energy, and reminds us that we are not alone. I am thankful and try to be a clear channel for Unified Reiki.

Hello! First of all I would like to welcome you and congratulate you if you are interested in the subject of the Bach Flowers. I am telling you this because for me it was one of the best things that happened in my life.

Next, I would like to tell you a bit about my experience: I was diagnosed with Soriastic Artritis that, as time passed, generated problems of anxiety, stress and depression. As you can imagine this diagnostic made me go and visit many specialized doctors as well as trying many alternative therapies. I had heard about the flowers and although I thought it was interesting; at that time I didn’t pursue the issue and put it at the back of my mind. But, one day, after many years persisting in my psychological and physical states, the therapy with flowers came back to me. And that was when the miracle occurred, my friends. I was already looking into the flowers when I met, casually? this great therapeutist; and great person that is José. From the very first as the good professional that he is, he realized that I was a person he had to help to heal. He helped me to understand all his wisdom and understanding in a simple form and with dedication. I have to point out that if I have followed the treatment regularly and for the duration needed, it is because of the results obtained and the professional attitude that this person maintains with his patients, one of his most outstanding quality. To me personally he gave me security and inspired trust, it is clear to me that he does it as a vocation and that shows. So, I consider myself a new person. “I met Jose while walking the Santiago track; as we walked together we spoke about a lot of things, including the Bach Flowers. They had helped me a lot throughout my life to overcome inconvenient or difficult situations.

At that time the only thing that was wrong with me was that I couldn’t stop smoking, and Jose offered to help me with the flowers. Since then, I have had different problems that were lighter to bear thanks to Jose, his help and his flowers.

Six months ago my father was diagnosed with stomach cancer, and thanks to Jose’s treatment my father as well as I was able to go through this disease a lot better that what we expected. My father is much better now and I have been able to face his illness with courage and optimism.

I am as well getting over the break up with a very important person in my life, and the flowers are helping me through the emotional process.

I know that I can always count with Jose, a great professional and, above all, a great friend”.

Now, I am myself

I would like to share my experience about Jose Figueroa’s flowers.

I am a working mother with 2 children. I am in charge of a shop and until a few months ago not even sleeping tablets could help me to sleep. I was very nervous, depressive and always tired furthermore the relations with my close family were not going well. Anything that happened used to affect me a lot, I used to cry every so often and horrible thoughts would go through my restless mind.

The incredible thing is that the very same week I started the treatment with the flowers, I slept well. Then as far as the rest was concerned all went better, a few things quicker other things little by little, so that in a few months time I went back to be my old self, now, I sleep well without any kind of help at all, not even the flowers one, I feel strong and well with myself again, I am not the victim of anything nor anyone anymore, I am myself.

Emotional Blackmail

I will try to be brief. I met Jose Figueroa and knew about his Bach Flower therapy through a colleague of mine.

I gave myself the definitive push when I admitted to myself that my mother was using “emotional blackmail” against me, and that I would probably repeat this conduct with my own daughter… never that, I would not do that to my daughter (she is five)!!!!!! so I talked with José. if, on top of this frustating feeling to never been able to say no to your mother without feeling guilty, we add the typical stress that we all suffer from, nerves, sleeplessness, etc you can well image the state I was in… thus I began the treatment and in only one week the change was surprising, incredible. as I told José, I cannot explain on which level, internally, the flowers operate, but they do work!!!! I managed to sleep, clients were coming to complain about things done by others, and although I was still doing all I could to resolve their problems, they didn’t affect me, and they didn’t prevent me to sleep… I was able to recognize until which point my responsibility went wihtout feeling obliged to respond for all of them…I could say no to my mother without feeling bad about it, knowing that I have the right to refuse to do things that I cannot do, that cost me time or that I simply do not want to do. I admit that the greatest exit of the flowers was at this level: to recognize that I can say no, thus preventing people around me, consciously or inconsciously to take advantage of me.

And now I am again with José, but simply, so that he can help me “to step on the brake”, and not to take on all the world’s problems…. I have faith, and I know that the flowers can achieve it. I still find them fascinating and surprisingly effective… at some point I recommended a friend of mine to go to José. My friend, had been in treatment with the flowers for months without observing any changes, I, on the other hand, in only one week considered myself “in perfect state”, relaxed and happy… he changed therapist and went with José, and improved considerably. He overcame his depression and today he is happy and untroubled…

Well this is grossly my experience.

My Life Project

Hello, my name is Virginia; one year ago I was in a situation close to chaos. I am a person far too dedicated to the people around me and not enough to myself; I was living through and for others, it is to say that I was offering my time, my energy, my soul, even my economical resources, to anyone for whom I felt a minimum of affection. Having cleared this precedent: I have lived during years, although nobody asked for it (and that is my great discovery) confused and blurred in a series of behaviours that I understand now, were unnecessary, uncalled for, extreme, that I assumed completely and that brought out, from others a reaction …

I undertook natural therapies because I do not precisely believe in conventional psychiatry; one of the problems that I have is a mother addicted to pills, and of course the only thing she gets from psychiatrists is to inflate her with tablets. The problem will remain there; we have lost all hope as she does not want to cure herself. I say “we” as, indeed, the whole family is subjugated by her disease; an addiction entails a net of selfishness and you really feel alone, nothing can help you if the person does not want to heal.

I am telling all this because now I have really learned that I can take care of others but I cannot live constantly worried and losing my life project.

On the other hand, and I can not point out when, I assumed that I was not a good enough person, a good enough daughter, slim enough, beautiful enough, intelligent enough. I did indeed do things, I achieved things but I thought in the most profound part of my subconscious mind that I was not going to achieve them; it is to say that I was fighting against myself in a destructive way.

With all this background I went to José Figueroa looking forward to have someone who would really listen to me and help me to get out of a circle that I found difficult to get out of, because people usually find it hard to change. At the end I decided to listen to myself and get to work. I have been receiving Reiki and Bach Flowers and speaking with him for nearly a year. It is not a easy track; EVERTYTHING starts to get out. I am sure of something: it is worth to invest time to discover your own self and lay the foundations of a better future; for others of course, but first for me. I only have words of gratitude.

Not only that, but as well the closeness he can manages, his personal qualities, to be someone with values, as we are speaking about an intimate field, where the trust given is fundamental. The Bach Flower Therapy and Reiki II

Hello, I am called maximiliano and I am writing to comment that I came to José Figueroa in a very serious state of depression. I was lacking enthousiasm, isolated myself completely from people and could not find any way out of this situation that was bringing me down and down. I started a treatment with the Bach Flowers and Reiki that little by little improved my state of mind….

Although the process seemed to be slow it gave a very good result…

After three months and little treatment I started to recuperate all what I was and felt…
